Getting Started
- Download and extract the files
- Double-click “run.exe” to start
Basic Steps
- Select Video Folder (1)
- Click “Select Videos Folder”
- Choose your target video from the left panel
- Select Face Folder (2)
- Click “Select Faces Folder”
- View available face images in the middle area
- Choose Output Folder (3)
- Click “Select Output Folder”
- Pick where to save your results
- Save Images (4)
- Click “Save Image” to save the current frame
- Use the bottom toolbar’s recording button to save videos
- Select Face to Replace (5)
- Find a frame with clear faces on the video timeline
- Choose Target Face (6)
- Select the replacement face from your face folder
- Start Face Swap (7)
- Click “Swap Faces” to begin processing
- Enable Quality Enhancement (8)
- Turn on the Restorer option on the right
- Choose restoration type (like GFPGAN or GPEN256)
- Adjust Blend, Similarity Threshold, and other settings
