On first launch, the app will automatically download required model files:

If automatic download fails, choose the model file for your system:

  • Windows (most common) 👉 server_windows_x86_64.zip
  • Windows ARM devices 👉 server_windows_aarch64.zip
  • MacOS Apple Silicon (M1/M2) 👉 server_macos_aarch64.zip
  • MacOS Intel chips 👉 server_macos_x86_64.zip

Installation Steps:

  1. Extract the downloaded file
  2. Rename the extracted folder to MagicMirror
  3. Move it to your computer’s HOME directory

Restart MagicMirror after completion.

🎯 Usage Guide

1. Upload Your Face Photo

Drag your front-facing photo into the mirror area:

2. Choose Target Photo

Drag your desired photo into the other area and wait for processing:

Tip: On Apple M1 chips, face swapping takes about 3-5 seconds, depending on your computer specs and image size.

3. View Results

After processing, a new image will be saved with _output added to the filename:

You can:
